GIFT VOUCHERS & CREDIT NOTES
Gift Vouchers purchased through store:
Gift Vouchers can be purchased over the counter at Twinkle Tots. They are redeemable in store. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Credit Notes:
Where applicable with our refund and exchange policy Twinkle Tots may issue customers with a credit note on returned items. This credit is redeemable in-store only
Credit notes are not redeemable for cash. Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
